Speakers were put up on street corners so no one could avoid messages and state messages from the Fuhrer were compulsory. Police states like the SS and the Gestapo were ordered to eliminate all opponents and the concentration camps were set to be a symbol of terror. Although some Germans did accept and agree with these policies as it got them out of the mess from Weimar, German people were terrified and even law abiding citizens became frightened to speak. People missed their freedom and widespread popularity across Germany for the Nazis disappeared as they took over people’s lives. The Nazis had very traditional domestic policies when it came to women. They felt that woman should have an important but subsequent role to men. Married woman in Germany got sacked from their jobs to make way for men as it was felt their husband could look after them. This infuriated a lot of German woman as they enjoyed their work. Marriage loans were also given to encourage women into marrying and to bear children. For each child a woman had, a quarter of their loan was paid off. People saw Jews as anti-socials and liked the fact that Hitler’s policies on anti-Semitism were destroying them. If only his parents had known the difference this baby boy would make to Scottish football in years to come. At the age of 16 Ally left His High School Hunter high to take up a career in football after his chemistry teacher Archie Robertson noticed him and took him to the St Johnstone Boys Club trials. Unfortunately Mr Robertson died and did not see ally make it to the professional football stage in his career. This is one of Ally's biggest regrets in life. On the 1st December 1978 Ally started his career at St Johnstone FC from their Boys Club. This means that the team member will continuously update the team manager on the proceedings. One other major challenge that the leader faced was coordination of people from different backgrounds. The fact that human beings come from diverse settings is a double-edged sword. This is because while on the one hand, this might boost creativity through the bringing of a different perspective, it might also cause problems as often it is hard to work in unison with other individuals from different backgrounds immediately. Further surveys illustrate that these type of leaders are characterised as being credible because they are mostly associated with four traits that are Honesty, forward-looking, inspiring, and competent. This is what was being done in the earlier days as royal children often inherited their parent's seats in d ifferent leadership positions. In some instances however the inherited traits were sidelined, and situational factors became more relevant for people who were to be in various leadership positions. For the different challenges that the leaders experience, I would recommend a more inclusive type of system to be adopted.
